Bug: Compulsary/Stick Posts
* view threads per page set to 10
* let's assume there are 3 sticky/compulsary posts
* if I am on the first page of the thread index of a forum I will see
1 sticky
2 sticky
3 sticky
4 newest thread 1
5 newest thread 2
6 newest thread 3
..
10 newest thread 7
* if I click on the second page I will see:
1 newest thread 11
2 newest thread 12
..
10 newest thread 20
newest threads 8,9,10 will not be listed.
Looks like the number of sticky theads do not get accounted properly.
