Does anyone use an external soundcard with ssl?

Are you supposed to use an external soundcard for your laptop like an m-audio for use with ssl?

If you dont does it make a difference or create more lag?

I know it says you dont have too use a soundcard but is it reccomended

the SSU handles all the Ins and Outs so you can use SSL properly...you don't need to use an external soundcard since you wouldn't plug your SSU into your soundcard.
