Video in a DJ competition

I'm entered in a DJ competition for a gig at my club/bar I have a residency at already this Jan 15th.

I was wondering if you guys would recommend using video during part of my 45 min set and additionally if there's any news on the release of the plugin to the public and if its realistic to have it in my hands by then. Thanks!
