wats up, hopefully somebody has good ideas, last night I djed 1st time with SSL live and I needed to go for 6 hours (10-4). Either SSL was not keeping up or my Computer was having problems but I was running into issues. After about 90 minutes, when i threw a new track onto the empty deck, it looked like my Computer was being overloaded and SSL was stuttering and the sound would cut out about 4-5 times.

It was bad because i didn't feel comfortable loading tracks because of that, i was always scared SSL was going to start slowing down and the sound would cut out again.

OK let me tell you my specs, and hopefully we can work to get it running consistently.

The tracks I was loading mostly needed to be analysed the 1st time around. I have a Compaq Presario X1000, Pentium M 1.3 (Centrino), 512 Ram, and my songs are on a USB2 Fat32 HDD. My CPU Usage is usually at 100% when i play 2 tracks with SSL.

LOL, dude i went through the same shit. you gotta analyze all yoru tracks first. idnt you get the program i sent and the batch file. ANALYZE ALL YOUR TRACKS! your pc uses alot of resorces to analyze so always try to do it first. then you can change your settings to uncheck the over view analyze. nonce you do this you should be good to go.

Could it be the Centrino does some power saving (and therefore gets slower)? It should be able to decode/play to tracks with (much) less as 100%.
