Ok I went to get my crossfader fix, than they told me it was the lower main board that was defect... Now I got a brand new main lower board (the ones that cones the 3 crossfader) and a new crossfader but it still don't work at all... Any ideas?

Where did you take it too?
Is your mixer still under warranty, how old is it?

Where did you get your 57 fixed?
Usually any issues with a fader on a 57 can be fixed by the user.
The directions on how to take the fader out and clean it are in the back of the manual.
If you decide to open up the mixer and fix the fader yourself just make sure that you put the ribbon cable that attaches the fader to the main board on correctly.. not backwards or partially.
I would avoid disconnecting the ribbon cable from the main board. Just disconnect if from the fader board.
The fix might be as easy as adjusting the hall sensors on the fader.
