Ordered new face plate for Rane TTm 56.. Lookes old, scratched and used..

My boy ordered a new faceplate for my 56. Got it and its all scratched up, dented and looks old as far from new. Will rane send me another as a replacement or am i stuck with this dented piece of metal?

i'm sure they make replacements..but have you looked into putting a skin on it? that way you can customize it.. i forget what websites..search the forum, it's been discussed
