Problem with DN-HC1000s

I just got one today and my computer recognized the hardware but when I open my scratchlive it is not showing up, I know the driver was built-in to the unit but for some reason it just don't see it. I plugged it to different USB ports and all it does was recognized the unit, unit will light up, and it goes back to off lights. Please help me on this.... Thanks

DN-HC1000s....WOW!!! Love it it makes my everything for Dj a lot easier. I wish there was a option where you can choose either relative mode or the other two but is still good.

Prime-X, you should be able to Shift + Browse (2nd MIDI layer) to open up the controller and assign all the buttons and knobs to whatever you like.

I believe Shift + Files is the default SSL map. Shift + History is the 3rd layer and Shift + Prepare is the 4th layer.
