updating firware on ttm57

When I go to setup and choose Hardware theres an option "update firmware" from v3.11 to v3.20. then I clicked "update firmware" -> then "rebooting mixer..." and I clicked Yes.

After waiting for several minutes nothing happened so I just click No and cancel updating the firmware. Any idea how to update the firmware properly? or maybe I should have just waited longer?

This happened to me too got2b...all I ended up doing out of pure confusion and luck is cut my TTM57 off and back on then clicked on "update firmware" and it smoothly updated for me. Hope this is all your problem was.

Try cycling the power of your 57 and then click the update firmware option again.
