buy/sell/trade?

hey - posted a bunch, and I know the rules about advertising, and the obvious interest serato/rane has in preventing copyright abuse, but why no marketplace board for gear? lots of other forums have a designated area for such things?

There's plenty of other places to sell gear, why do we need it here?

I'm just guessing here but I'd say it's a good idea for Rane/Serato not to have one so any issues from shady people don't reflect onto their website.

You're absolutely right there Laz219: we'd be opening up a can of worms for sure.

There are other reasons that are too long and boring to explain here. Given that there are plenty of online market places out there we have no plans to offer one at this stage.

Besides, we have much more exciting web related developments in the works...
