auto bpm

I am a DJ for quite a long time now and usually using 1210's, but quite new in digital era of mixing. I just bought VCI 300 instead of VCI 100 simply because I needed "all in one". I find it very easy to use and I am sure I am going to enjoy it, but to make long story short, here is what seems to be the problem: after building overview process, bpm field shows completely unaccurate number, actually twice or more less than it really is...on both decks. Maybe I am doing something wrong or not doing it, so please help.
